Nice plum and Damson pepper fruit. That real spicy pepper. This wine needs some time, not food. Cellar it for another 3 years and then have it with food.

Tasting Notes

A garnet red wine with aromas of spice, dark cherry and licorice. The intense flavours are infused with mulberry, blackberry and chocolate. The white pepper finish complimented by barrel ageing.
