Tasting Notes

A medium bodied wine, garnet red in colour, with aromas of blackberry and chicory. Lifted flavours of dark cherry, mulberry and chocolate with a touch of spice and elegant white pepper. The wine has good length and a balanced finish complimented by twelve months in oak barrels.
